應用範圍 application
碳酸鈣超微細粉主要是藉由豎立式滾輪研磨機生產出細度值10000㎝2/g~18000㎝2/g。再經由分級設備生產出細度值19000㎝2/g~21000㎝2/g 之超微細碳酸鈣,廣泛應用在塑膠、橡膠、紙類、人造大理石、塗料等工業產品之優質填充劑。
Calcium carbonate fine powder is mainly through the erection of idler roller of fineness of grinding machine to produce 10000㎝2/g~18000㎝2/g. Through grading equipment to produce fineness value of 19000 ㎝ 2/g ~21000 ㎝ 2/g chaowei fine calcium carbonate, is widely used in plastics, rubber, paper, scagliola, paint and other industrial products of high quality filler.
運轉原理 Process principle
粒徑低於6㎜莫氏硬度小於3之方解石碎料,經由變頻控制之加料機輸送到研磨機內部。加料輸送機之輸送量可隨製程中粗細粉體的需料量不同,做靈活的控制調整。
研磨過程中三個研磨滾輪,經由油壓系統施加適當壓力﹔於磨盤上形成一個穩定高效率的磨床。同時方解石碎料在配合各行業加入適量助磨劑﹑形成良好的分散條件下,較細粉體隨上昇氣流到分級室,經過分級葉輪由袋濾式集塵機收集後儲存成產品,較粗的粉體則在分散後與其它方解石碎料混合後再次進入磨床研磨。

1. 本機型採用大空間設計概念加高機台高度,齒輪箱週邊空間更加寬敞方便維修保養。
2. 齒輪箱採用球墨鑄鐵一體成型,使研磨受力平均分配相對增加機台的穩定度,同時也沒有鋼板焊接,受力不平均及機械應力的問題大大提高齒輪箱的壽命。
3. 大模數硬齒面的設計相對加大傳動軸心直徑及軸承型號,使齒輪箱的安全系數提升到3.5倍。
